I began my study of Muay Thai at the age of 14, shortly after I had my first fight at the local Thai Buddhist temple's New Year's celebration. I won that night and Muay Thai has been a part of my life ever since. I have also competed in Tae Kwon Do and amateur boxing, as well as cross trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but Muay Thai has always remained the base of my fighting style.
