I tailor the program to the individual. My training approach is a truly personal experience. Your life is dynamic and unique. Together we will discuss your goals and all the variables surrounding those to create a personalized approach to your fitness. Work, rest hours, diet, past injuries, and exercise frequency will all be factored in to create the best workouts for you. 

Combining strength training, both traditional & dynamic flexibility training, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), and if you choose Martial Arts and/or boxing I can create the perfect program for you. Wether you are someone completely new to the gym, a former athlete who has let the pace of being successful in NYC sidetrack their fitness, or you are already in shape but looking to take your fitness to the next level while staying injury free.
